The subject of the project is a new, two floor house for a four members family. The central design axis was defined by the lot’s location, and its view, as well as by the needs of the owners concerning the interior arrangement. Key element was the exploitation of the natural ground relief and the potential for developing the openings on the facade, as the front side of the lot gives to a common space, so there lies an unobstructed view towards the basin of Ioannina. The landscape design is based on the sustainability of the plants and the harmonious coexistence with the surrounding area.
