In this project there was held a research for the potentials concerning the development model, the kind and the character of the hospitality unit. These options were consequently evaluated according to environmental, territorial and cultural criteria as well as with criteria of business and administration terms.

The goal for the project team was the creation of a hospitality unit of high technical and aesthetic values.

The surrounding context will be formulated in a way so as to be integrated in the larger natural landscape of the area and to be in an harmonious dialog with the building structures, through transitional spaces from the built environment to the open air areas.

The basic guidelines of the project are the respect for the natural landscape and the integration of the buildings in it and in the existing dominant vegetation, so as to form a quality, model hospitality unit of high standards, with an identity of timelessness, environmental sensibility and respect for the landscape.
